Pack renewed early but only 2GB?

Hello, I had a £15 Everything Pack with 5GB and I had to renew it early by texting NOW to 150.

Instead of the usual 5GB, I only got 2GB now. How comes? How much data will I get next month?

Thanks.

Hi @eugeniod1995

Thanks for coming to the community.

What reply do you get if you text BALANCE to 150?

Did you have £15.00 on your account for the pack?

Thanks, Leanne 🙂

Hi @Leanne_T,

I get

”Your current balance as of today 10:10 is £4.37. You have 999 minutes, unlimited texts and 2.0GB remaining until 21/06/2018 for your £15 Everything Pack. Your last top up was £15.00 on 18/05/2018 at 21:27. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee”

and yeah I had more than £15...

Thanks 🙂

Thanks @eugeniod1995

The £15.00 Everything pack does come with 2GB data, 1000 minutes and unlimited texts.

Did you have an extra 3GB as a free boost or promotion?

Thanks, Leanne.

Re: Pack renewed early but only 2GB?

Oh probably I got confused, I was meant to activate the Data Pack 15.

It doesn’t really make sense to have both existing though, and the 150 messages are a bit misleading...

”We offer different types of packs to suit your needs. Text the following codes to 150 to find out more: TALK AND TEXT if you use mostly mins and texts, DATA if data is what you are interested in or EVERYTHING for a bit of everything.”

In any case, can I switch back to the data pack next month?

Re: Pack renewed early but only 2GB?

Hi @eugeniod1995

To activate the data pack you just need to text DP15 to 150 or give us a call on 150 and the team will be happy to help you.

Thanks, Leanne.
