Pack renewal

Hi I'm trying to renew my pack early but it's not letting me can anyone help me

Hello @Aasim you can check the status of any packs on your account using this link from your phones data (not WiFi) connection:

If the pack is showing as waiting you just need to text the code NOW to 150 then restart your phone to kickstart it. If there is no pack showing under the status tab you will need to purchase the pack first by texting the code to 150, using the options when calling 150 or logging in to MYEE online/through the app. If you are unable to at all then please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can check/activate the pack for you. 

 

Here is a link containing all of the packs available on EE PAYG and the code you can text to purchase them. :):
