I've purchased a sim sim card with a 10£ top up but when i get the web status page it says that i have 0 £ in my current balance but also that i have a 2gb data pack in "waiting" status.
When i send "now" to 150 i get the message saying i don't have a pack at all.
I can't call customer service because i don't have a landline ... How can this be sorted out??
