Pack Refund

I bought a £10 pre loaded EE sim and phone for my elderly relative. As soon as I started the phone up it started a pack and so took the £10 credit away. As she will only use the phone sparingly, she was only supposed to have the credit with standard rates.

please advise on how to refund the pack so I can keep the £10 credit

Re: Pack Refund

PAYG credit is not refundable.

All EE PAYG SIMs come primed with a recurring Pack of allowances ready to bought out of your PAYG credit as soon as it is sufficient. Your credit went to buy this Pack.

By texting AL to 150 it should show you the Pack you have bought with your credit & how much you have left from your allowances until its expiry date.

Text STOP PACK to 150 before you next top-up & you can use the SIM as normal PAYG at standard per-unit rates.

Make sure she makes a chargeable call or text within every 180 days to keep the SIM activated.
