PAYG Mobile broadband issue

So my mobile broadband runs out in 2 days and i cant seem to connect to the webpage to buy more days, everytime i try to connect i get a error 504 timeout? Are there any other ways to buy 30 days broadband or will this problem be fixed soon?

If you can give our customer service team a call they will be able to see what is going on and help you get data added.

Does the device have signal to connect to the internet?

 

Are you connected to WiFi?
