I got a new PayGO SIM card from TESCO and I topped up £5 with them at the same time. I put the SIM in and it doesn't have credit on it. I registered the top up card today and it still doesn't have the £5 on there. Because I have no credit I cant call out or text and because I'm PayGO I cant call 150 to talk to an advisor. What's happening ?

If you bought Top Up from Tesco it'll most likely have come in a form of a voucher. Did they not give you a receipt with a bunch of numbers on?

That'll be the only way they can sell you a top up.
Was this at the normal cashier till?

It has not been topped-up. Otherwise it would show the date it last was in that msg. I should go back to Tesco.
How much did you pay Tesco for that SIM + top-up?
