No credit/balance.

So I ordered my SIM three days ago. I got a text telling me I have 4GB, 250mins and unlimited texts. Since then I have been on wifi only and even if I started it I have A. 30 days remaing to use all the texts, data, etc and B. I've used none or nearly none of it. 
So why when I call it says I have no credit and my app says I have 0.0 balance with only 49MB of data??
