Can I renew my existing pack?

You can renew your existing pack, if you’d prefer, by continuing your agreed card payments or topping up the correct amount. You can do this if you’re within your 90 day repurchase period.

If your 90 day repurchase period has ended, you’ll be able to buy one of our new packs.
You can find out more about how our pay as you go packs work on our Help pages.

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Which pack are you using?

Have you already used your data allowance?

Thanks

Hi, will this sim work in a dongle?? I need to set up mobile broadband or something similar for working from home with no wifi etc. I have a dongle already but the sim i was using previously has expired.

Hi @harieaston

As long as the dongle is an EE dongle or unlocked to all networks and the SIM fits, you'll be able to use an EE SIM in it.

Chris 🙂

It’s a huwei one that I used with EE last time so hopefully that works??

If you've used it before on EE, it should be fine, @harieaston 🙂
