My tariff didn’t renew automatically and now I’ve got to wait 3 days?!

Hi! I got text yesterday saying I can upgrade my current tariff for free. I had £10 data pack but I could upgrade VIP25 for only £15 which I did. I’ve used all my data now and been told the new pack will start automatically as soon the old one runs out. But now is showing me I have to wait another 3 days for new tariff to start when I don’t have any data left on my old pack! I cannot be without data for so long a specialty I’ve been told my new VIP25 will start automatically!

please help

You've now bought a VIP Everything Pack and £15.00 has come out of your credit. It will start when your current pack ends or if you run out of all your allowances before then. You can also cancel your current pack and start your VIP Everything Pack straight away, simply text NOW to 150.

Hi @Wioleta85

Welcome to the community. 🙂

Is this all sorted?

Was that second post a text message that you received from us?
