My signal has went off

My signal has went off and it hasn't came back on, its been 2 weeks and it wont come back on no matter what I try

Have you checked on EE's Network Status Checker for any network issues in your area?

Yes I did, it said there were no issues in my area and everyone else i know on ee has perfectly fine signal
