My pack won't renew despite having credit
Been with we for years and orange before them and never had a problem
Someone tell me what's going on as you can't even get hold of ee

1st time it's happened to me
Any advice as we can not even be contacted
What kind of customer service is that?
Need help as I have job interview via Skype tomorrow but with no pack active can't take it

Sometimes I can't even connect when ringing 150 for the automation service
Everything seems to have gone mental
