My ee app move from contract to payg

I have changed from a contract to a Pay as you go sim. I tried to top Up on my ee app but it just saya my contract account has been closed, when should this update so that i can manage my payg online?

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you contact customer services they will be able to remove your PAYM account from your MyEE and associate your PAYG account for you.

Hello

 

As it seems my pay as you go has not even been activated i CANNOT call the support team. there is no option to chat online for payg. I am understandably becoming quite frustrated with this process.
