Monthweb booster

 Hey there!

On 9th January I topped up my.phone with £15 in order to get the monthweb booster.

I messaged 441 with "monthweb" and they haven't added on anything yet

Checked BA with 150 and you have taken the money, but haven't given me the booster.

Can you please check and either refund me the £10 or get me the one month booster?

Hi Richard,

I have been trying to call the customer service but they can't help and the menu for this issue doesn't exist within the options.
 
It is £10 that EE/T-mobile has just basically sucked fromy account without even providing me with the service!
 
Can you please help me further?

I can only recommend trying to get through to someone again in customer services.

 

They do have access to your account and will do their best to help you.
