Money was subtracted from my top up

Hi just wondering if anyone can shed light as to why 12 pence was taken from my balance straight after tipping up I know it’s not a lot but now I can’t pay for something via text like intended. Regards Jared.

OP is on EE but I can't see what he would've been charged 12p for.

Ah, I see what happened now, thanks @XRaySpeX (apologies, @Turtle616). 🙂

 

I've had a look at our pay as you go price guide and can't understand what this was for either.

 

I recommend getting in touch with our customer service team, they'll be able to shed some light on this.
