MTV Trax

I have picked up a MTV trax SIM card that says the 7gb deal ended on 02.02.17, however when I rang ee customer services they think I will still get. Do you think this is true as don't want to waste £15 topping up if so.

Re: MTV Trax

Hello @Whirlwindlass good to hear you were still able to join just in time.

The MTV TRAX subscription auto renews along with your pack every 30days. More information on the MTV TRAX offer with EE can be found using this link. :):

Re: MTV Trax

Unlikely to be honest.  If the deal comes with an expiry date which has now passed it's unlikely it going to now work.

The MTV Trax order website still shows the same deal expiry date (2nd Feb 2017) and so if this deal had been extended that date should have also been extended, which it's not.

Re: MTV Trax

Hello @Whirlwindlass you can check if the MTV TRAX pack is still on the account or if it has automatically switched back to a standard £15 everything pack by using this link from the SIMs data (not WiFi) connection:

http://add-on.ee.co.uk

Although the pack may still be there, you may not be able to take advantage of the MTV TRAX subscription itself anymore. To check text the code MTV to 150 after topping up. 🙂

Re: MTV Trax

Took the risk topped up £15 and it's all working with the MTV Trax pack and 7gb of data although it says I only have 30 days MTv Trax
