I topped-up with a £15 voucher and the pack auto-renewed. I didn't know this would happen so I was looking for I way I can change that. Later I learned that I can't do anything about it now so I canceled auto-renew so that it does happen next time.
But now I have lost all my allowances from the auto renewed pack and my balance is zero after I canceled auto-renew. In my account it says now that I do not have pack.
I hope customer service will do something about this as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, I do not have any credit because it is all used to renew 'THE LOST PACK'. So, I have to spend more money (which I'm not interested in spending anything at the moment) to get what is rightfully mine? Am I getting this right?
