Lost all allowances after auto-renew cancelation

I topped-up with a £15 voucher and the pack auto-renewed. I didn't know this would happen so I was looking for I way I can change that. Later I learned that I can't do anything about it now so I canceled auto-renew so that it does happen next time. 

But now I have lost all my allowances from the auto renewed pack and my balance is zero after I canceled auto-renew. In my account it says now that I do not have pack. 

I hope customer service will do something about this as soon as possible.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Yes I tried. Funny thing is they charge 25p/m for calling CS because I'm
using PAY AS YOU GO. I tried the chatting option which claims to be
available on Sundays starting from 10 am. However, until this moment I'm
writing this, the chat option has not been active. How do they expect me to
reach them?

Unfortunately the Live Chat option is only available to pay monthly customers at the moment.

 

If you have credit on your phone, you can call 150, or you can call 0800 079 8586 from a landline.

Unfortunately, I do not have any credit because it is all used to renew 'THE LOST PACK'. So, I have to spend more money (which I'm not interested in spending anything at the moment) to get what is rightfully mine? Am I getting this right?

You can use any EE phone to call our customer service team or the free phone number I gave you earlier in the thread of you have a landline.

 

You can also pop into a local EE Store to gain account based information.
