Little help with Pay as You Go?

Hello,

forgive me if I sound a bit silly, but could anyone help me with the whole top-up process? When I got my PAYG card last month, they told me I will be able to set up payment after the month (to carry on and whatnot). However, while I did register and confirmed all the info the automated system sent me, I am still being shown the "you need to confirm your email" message (but I did do that, though). Selecting the option to resend the link does nothing either. The "address, cards and alerts" tabs are all grey and non-functioning.

So here I am, a bit stuck, since the way I see it, my account is not fully set up. And I am hesitant to select the top-up for my number because I am not sure if it'll carry over or if I just waste my money.

If anyone has any insights, please let me know. Thank you.

Re: Little help with Pay as You Go?

You should have received a verification email at the email addy you gave MyEE and then clicked on the link in it to verify your email addy. Did you & did you? If you can't see it have you looked in your Junk/Spam folders?

You don't need to register to MyEE in order to top up. You could use Fast Top Up
