It seems I have 2 packs at the same time, then I cancelled it. But I don't know if I have cancelled 2 packs or 1 pack.

If you have bought 2 packs only the 1st will be active. The other will be stacked waiting for the 1st to expire.
How did you cancel it? By texting STOP PACK? That would only stop the 1st pack from renewing but not the 2nd from starting when the 1st expires.
What exactly does texting AL to 150 report?

Where in MyEE? I thought it can only be done by the 150 text service or by phoning EE.
