Issue with adding smart packs

Hi All,

 

I have an issue with ading any smart packs. I have tried both options texting 441 and calling 150 and keep getting the message "Sorry we weren't able to add another Pack as you already have one on your account" .

Well, that is funny because I do not have any pack since the last 1,5 month as that is how long I am unable to add anything. I have logged in online and there is no Packs added anywhere at all. It is extreamly annoying as using my phone and making phone calls is part of my job and because of that issue I am waisting money on constant top ups Smiley Frustrated

 

Have you experience something similar ? Can someone help please ? 

 

Before I will get an advice to call Customer Service, I have called EE 3 times in my life and all those conversations were extremely long and not very helpful at the end so that will be my last move now.Woman Sad

What smart pack are you trying to add?

 

Can you try texting STOP and the name of the pack you had to 441 then try and add this again.
