Is there a pay as you go option with no packs etc

Hello, I as posting on my Aunties behalf.  She was given a new mobile phone, and Alcatel 3025 on EE.  As far as I am aware it £0.00, but there are 149 minutes, unlimited texts and 2.0 GB of date remaining.  Is this indicative of her actually buying packs.

All she wants is a basic phone to make and receive calls, with none of the added bits.  Is there a way to change from these packs to a basic pay as you go tarif?

Thank You for any help.

Yes, she should text STOP PACK to 150 from it before next topping up & then she can use it for call & texts at standard rates but not data from when the current pack expires.

She should make a chargeable call or text within every 180 days to keep the SIM from being deactivated.
