Is it possible to add an International pack to my current EE pay-as-you-go sim?

Hi there!

As I am currently calling quite often to a lot of EU countries, so when my current £ 15 pack is finished I'd like to switch to the  £ 15 international pack.

However, I can't find it in MyEE and the PAYG international sim page ( https://shop.ee.co.uk/international/pay-as-you-go-international-sim ) seems to suggest that I need to order a new sim to get the international pack.

However, as said, I'd like to switch to the £ 15 International Pack on my currect Sim. How would this be possible?

Thanks!

Rolf

Hi there @ro-lf

Thanks for coming here 🙂

If you speak to our Pay as you go team, they will be able to check your account for you and see what they can do 🙂

You need to get an International SIM to get an International Pack; you can't just switch to it. An alternative suggestion keeping your current SIM & Pack:

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a free add-on that anyone, on PAYG or contract, can apply for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. See The Free CALL ABROAD Add-on for Cheap Calls/Texts from UK .
