hi my number is XXXXXXXXXXX i have top up this morning of £30 and i have no intrenet , can you sort this out pls

It's unwise to post your number in a public forum -so please edit your post.

I'd suggest you call customer services on 150 - call is free for pay monthly users or 25p for PAYG customers.

Hey @ghanim98

 

If the £30 top up definitely comes with an internet allowance, it might be worth checking you've definitely got mobile data enabled, and then trying again.

Finally - as this is a public forum which anyone can access you might want to avoid posting personal details, such as a mobile phone number in future.

When I did the top up I was planning only to add this to my internet not to my calls credit, so how can this be corrected ?

Have you bought a pack from your top-up? You can't buy data straight from your PAYG credit.
