Hi @Mitsi.
If you wish to keep your boosts, you will need to pause the flex plan and resume it again.
If you cancel the plan, you will lose the boosts.

@Jon_K: Is there really an ability to pause a Flex plan?
The Flex plans explained help page says you can pause a Flex Plan but is nonsensical about how to do it:
How do I cancel my plan? You can pause or stop your plan any time: 1 log in to My EE and go to Menu > Flex plans 2 then scroll down and tap the ‘Cancel Plan’ button
A cancellation isn't a pause! A cancellation is final!
The Flex T&Cs make no mention of pausing.
As I see it in this respect Flex plans are less flexible than PAYG with recurring top-ups, which can be paused & then resumed.

Hi @XRaySpeX
Yes, you should be able to pause the Flex plan through My EE.
I've asked for the steps that you mentioned to be checked and clarified,
Thanks 🙂

Hi @XRaySpeX.
To pause a flex plan you need to give us a call and speak with customer services.
You cannot pause a plan part way through its cycle and then restart, this needs to be paused at the end of the cycle.
Hope this helps,
Katie 🙂

@Katie_B: It says none of that on the the Flex plans explained help page or in the T&Cs.

One of these options may help you find the answers you need.
