I want to change the auto top up date from 12 to 11 January. Date greyed out.

I set up an automatic top up to start on 12 January (tomorrow).  Then I saw a message which says I should be sure to start the top up before my package expires.  The package expires today, so I want to change the start date to 11 January (today). When I look at the drop down calendar, 11 January is grayed out and I can't choose it.  Can I change it to top up today?  If not, how will that affect my package?

I doubt you can change it now. If you can't your pack will start tomorrow when the top-up goes on. You could try phoning CS to see if they can get the recurring top-up to start today.

Hi @oughzone

Thank you for coming to see us in community 🙂

@XRaySpeX is absolutely right and it may be a little late in the day to start the pack, however giving customer services a quick call and they can look into this for you.

Thanks

Richard
