I topped up with orange on the 25/03/17 by £20, but balance now 0 after 2 calls

What is wrong?  Is there on tie up between orange and EE?

Hello @Carol1943 sorry to hear you are having problems with missing credit. Have you got a smartphone with mobile data switched on? If so do you have an active data bundle on your account otherwise every time your phone accesses the internet using data (not WiFi) you will be charged 65p/mb. If you have access to your online account you can check up to the last 30days usage by logging in and navigating to Current credit & Extras>Recent usage. Here is the link to log in to Your Orange online. :):
