I topped up by £10 and did not receive my mins texts and data, when I tried ringing customer service is took of my credit now I'm under £10. I would like my £10 everything pack as that is what I pay for.

@Kkieren_ You need to call customer services and tell them what’s happened and whilst telling them also say you now have had to used credit to call them because your pack didn’t renew so now you don’t have the £10 credit for the pack. They should put you full pack allowance on your account and you’ll not be charged to call them.
