Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Could you try texting BA to 150 and let us know the result?

 

It's possible that the credit may of been used to buy a pay as you go pack.

Can you try deleting cache, history & cookies and restarting your device!

Thanks to everybody but it seem EE did not get my 'on line' top up.

Yes, but had to go in their shop to pay cash(as my card may have been compromised).
