Hello @janicelkw sorry to hear you are having problems with renewing your pack. What reply do you get when you restart the phone and text the code AL to 150? Is there a pack showing as 'waiting' when you check this link using your phones data (not WiFi) connection:

If there is a pack 'waiting' try texting the code NOW to 150 then restarting your phone to kickstart it. If no pack is showing try purchasing the pack first by texting the relevant code to 150, calling 150 and using the self serve options or through MYEE online/using the app. You should then be able to use the NOW command as mentioned before. Here is a link containing the text codes for the packs available on EE PAYG:

If none of the above work please call customer service on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other (lines open at &am) who can access the account and check/activate the pack for you. 🙂
