I have been charged for a pack I did not request

I am on path an when I last topped up the top up was used to buy a pack I did not request

You need to text STOP PACK to 150 Before top up.

Because ee pay as you go sim comes with pre installed packs. 

You can stop this by texting STOP PACK to 150 before top up.

Packs will automatically activate when credit is on the account and the old pack has expired.

 

You can discuss this with customer services if you wish.
