I have a £10 sim but want to change it to the £15 bundle

I ordered the £10 deal SIM card but had another look and would prefer the £15 deal. Does this mean I need to order a new SIM card?

Thanks

No!

If the SIM is already topped-up it will have bought the £10 Pack. Wait till it expires & then buy whichever £15 Pack you want by texting its code, DP15 (data), EP15 (Everything) or TT15 (Talk & Text) to 150.

I haven’t yet topped it up, it’s still in the envelope it came in. Would I be able to text this before topping it up?

Was it a free SIM primed with a £10 pack ready to be topped-up & bought?

Yes, text it before topping -up for the 1st time.
