I was offered a 1gb data and 15 pounds cash put onto my credit yet still not received either and now can't even talk to an agent. Bit unfair being promised something and it not happening

Are you pay as you go or pay monthly customer?
If you are pay monthly customer you can chat again and ask EE keep record for all chat and other agent can also add this in your account or simply call customer service on 150 and they can have a look this for you.

Hi.. Yes I'm on pay as you go.. And iv tried 150 and many other numbers and none will go through because I dont have 25p on my credit due to packs and add ons
