I changed PAYG packs (still monthly) and my old boost has gone.

I changed my pay as you go pack from a £10 data pack to a £10 everything pack and my old free boost has gone and the boost I was supposed to get after purchasing my next pack is pending so I'm missing a boost and one is activating a month late, I need my free boost back as 1gb of data simple isn't enough for me.

Hello @Snakeboy1011 sorry to hear you are missing your free boost. When you change your pack the systems can take up to 24hours to refresh all the information on your account.

Due to this being a public user forum access to accounts is not allowed to confirm the status of your boosts through here. If you would like to double check or if it has not appeared after this time please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can look into this for you. 🙂
