I am unable to view my account and top up

Any one else having problems topping up on their mobiles. For months I have had error messages unable to locate page. I have asked ee for help not forthcoming. Last time it took me 2 weeks to top up. HELP Please

Hello @barbara57 sorry to hear you are having problems topping up. Have customer service registered the account in your name for you? Once this has been done credit/debit card top ups should be a lot more reliable in future. Here is a link containing more information on topping up with EE PAYG. :):
