I Have one number but i stay 1 year in Brazil, i user my number for my Business, today i try Top up my phone, but the site requesit add new number and i dont see my number, how can i resolve this problem?
I Need this Help Please!!

When did you last name a chargeable call or text?
It maybe your number went into hibernation, and is now deactivated.

@wams : Yes, if you've not used it for a year while in Brazil it would have been completely deactivated..
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Not if it's been a year since you last used it for a chargeable action.

Sorry, our Pay as you go Care team would need to speak to you over the phone to check this for you.
As @XRaySpeX has advised if there has been no chargeable activity for over a year the number would have been recycled now, this could not be reinstated.
