How to reactivate an account

How do i reactivate an account, it seems that i have lost my phone that i havent used for a while, can i have the sim ee sim reaccivated, so i can top up and start using,what do i have to do to achieve this?i cant do anything even call 150 wont let me do and on ee account info it doesnt recognise the mobile number Thank you in advance

@helen361: An EE PAYG SIM is deactivated after 180 days of non-use. You then have a further 90 days to call EE to reactivate it. If it is longer than that you've lost it.
