Even with ee technical support, the internet service drops or its so slow. Help please

@Metallico Are you on about phone calls or the internet? Or perhaps WiFi calling as that’s a phone via WiFi.
If your on about WiFi calling try staying in range of the router as the signal is based on your WiFi signal.

@Metallico Have you emailed MMS on your account? Give customer services call to do this or just send a mms to yourself. If your a PAYG customer you’ll need credit on your act to pay for each mms you send as mms are not part of any pack allowance.

The internet service drops or slowed several times a day. Why is not possible to send pictures or media files to my contacts?

@Metallico Is that via WiFi or a cellular data connection? Where are you as it could be a signal issue in your area or even a possibility of oversaturation for that area so the signal will be impacted.
