How do I change my pay as you go pack from £1 to £10?

I can't select the £10 on my EE as they said I have another pack coming up. I don't have the choose pack option on the EE android app.

What does texting AL to 150 say?

Which £10 pack?

It showed my balance and the next pack (still £1).

I resolved it by going to live chat and selecting the "account help" instead of the pay as you go option.

You should be able to get the £10 Data pack by texting DP10 to 150. It will start when the £1 pack expires. To start it earlier text NOW to 150.
