Hello @OrangeEE check the status of your pack here:
To activate a pack that is showing as waiting you just need to make a call, send a text or access the internet. You can also text the code NOW to 150 to start a new pack.
You can check your balance and allowances by texting the code AL to 150. If neither the credit or the pack are showing on your account then customer service have access to accounts and can assist further:

Thanks for your reply. I have tried making a call but I'm told
"Sorry you don't have enough credit to make a call"
I text NOW to 150 and got this reply
"Sorry, but we couldn't complete your request as you currently don't have a pack."
I'm begining to think I may have understood the whole deal incorrecly. I was told that the cheap little Nokia phone that I purchased was essentially free because I would pay £10 and get £10 worth of credit. I only ned the phone for a month or so.
The pack that came with the phone says
"Your first £10 credit will be used to start your £10 Everthing Pack. Your balance may show as zero but your allowances will be ready to use"
Have I basically given Carphone Warehouse £10 for an awful phone and an empty credit sim card that I have to put £10 onto?

I had a look at the CPW website but I could only find this at £12.99 + £10 EE top up = £22
You will have to double check with them whether the £10 was for the phone or for the credit.
Did you check your balance and allowances by texting the code AL to 150? If your balance is £0 and a £10 pack is not active with any allowances then no credit has been applied to the account yet. Customer service can assist further with top up queries:

Thanks all. I have had a look at the website (HotUkDeals) that I first saw the deal on back in November - it seems a few people have had issues.
