Hi so iv used way to much data iv tried to save it as much as possible but iv used about 5GB in less than a month the data I get from my pack goes too quickly I don't have internet access at home and I bought 500mb of data last night and just ran out the next day iv wasted £40 I want that back and need to know the process of how to do so

You can't! You bought it & used it.
Try restricting background data & update only over WiFi.

You will need to call CS on 150 to discuss this issue further.

Are you joking 25p your response should've been "it's free" and the complaint form is for pay monthly only so how are pay as you go members meant to complain and don't say "by calling or using a complaint form or writing to us" they are all wrong answers

But for PAYG calling 150 isn't free, so how could he respond "it's free"? Calling the Freephone no. in my sig. would be free from any phone.
The Complaint form is open to any EE customer.

I do like answers I don't like incorrect answers customer support used to be free why isn't it now? And no I cannot use the complaint for as I need an account number which only pay monthly customers have you don't like correct answers do you?

If you login to your MyEE online a/c you will find your Account no. at the top of the Menu as well as on the Account settings page.
You may also be able to get it by texting ACCOUNT to 150.
