Hi.How do I speak to an advisor when the automated options don't apply?

I have now twice topped up my daughter's phone & then put through to an advisor & been cut off & top ups not successful?

Is the account EE, Orange or T-Mobile?

Hey,thanks for your reply.I just rang my bank & they confirmed that both transactions haven't gone through & the fault seems to be on EE's end for whatever reason?
