Hello.2 packs now haven't been added,just using the credit?Tia

Pay £10 a month for a pack for daughters phone, April and this month's not been added just the credit been used instead??

It says the balance,when topped up and has a link for myEE to go on to check info about packs,add ons or free boosts?

So it says "The Balance" w/out saying how much & it says "When last topped-up" w/out saying when that was? Sorry, in that case I can't comment further.

 

How hard is it just to copy & paste to here?
