Having trouble renew pack using US credit card

I’m having trouble renewing my pack, is it because I’m using a US credit card? What can I do?

Hi @Mytoady

You need a UK card.

Please see EE guide:

Hi @Mytoady

Welcome to the community. 🙂

Are you able to try a different card?

Re: Having trouble renew pack using US credit card

I didn’t want to use a different card because of foreign transaction fee. I was finally able to pay over the voice automated system.

Thank you!
