Have I reached the EE Free boosts limit?

Hi there,

 

So I've been collecting my free boosts over the months now (I'm on £10 PAYG plan) and have boosted 5 times with an extra 512MB, however I have not recieved the option to boost again. (It says on my dashboard 0 times till your next pack)

 

Does this mean I have reached the maximum number of times I can boost?

Try this:

 

Send a text to 150 with the word BOOST to check the status of your FREE BOOST.

 

Depending on what the returned text says, you can then do the following:

 

Send a text with the following to 150 to choose your Free Boost:

 

BOOST DATA

BOOST MINS

BOOST TEXTS

I've already tried this, but when I text 150 BOOST I get the following message:


"Great news. You will get an extra 2.5GB every time you buy a pack. You are also -8 more packs away from being able to add another boost."


I don't know whether my account has bugged out or something has gone wrong as I have -8 packs remaining.

I think you will need to talk to someone at customer service, as it sounds like you have some issue on your account, for it to say you are -8 packs away.

I reported the problem over 10 weeks ago mate. EE haven't fixed it for me, I doubt they will fix it for you. Sorry.
