Hi, I bought 2 pieces £15 international pack sims in last Nov. One of them has not been activated. I know the last top up was £15.00 on 06/09/2019. Can I used the sim when I go to UK this June. by when should I activate my package?

When did you last make a chargeable call or text? It maybe your SIM is no longer active. Please read EE hibernation policy.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

It is still unused. I  didn't make any chargeable call or text .  I activated the other one today, and it is working.

It's best to activate the SIMs and pack on the UK network when you arrive.

@liangshaner : How could you have topped-up in Sept 2019 when you only bought them in Nov. 2019? Getting the dates correct is crucial in working out whether they are still live.

 

Without using them at all they will still be active for 180 days from when you bought them, but that's not clear from your description.

Thanks for your reply. I bought the 2 sims at Heathrow airport. The sims had £15 credit on it When i bought them. I texted BA to 150 and got a reply: Your current balance as of today 15:19 is £15.00. Your last top up was £15.00 on 06/09/2019 at 22:34. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee That is how I know my last top up date is 06/09/2019. Many thanks

My point was that you didn't buy them until Nov 2019, well after it says they were topped up.
