The free boosts are not being applied to my account even if i did top up regulary.
This month is already 7th times that i've toped up my pay as you go sim
I am on £10 DATA PACK.
What should I do now ?

I'm sorry to hear that the free boosts you believe you are entitled to are not showing on your account.
This is going to need account access, so please call customer services and they will absolutely try and help you.

FYI: You don't earn Boosts from the top-ups themselves, but from buying packs regularly.
You have bought 7 x £10 data packs over the 7 months?

Sorry, I wasn't clear.
Yes, I bought 7 times £10 Data Packs 2GB intenet.
When I text BOOST DATA to 150 i've got reply:
Buy "-3" packs to boost your data.
I did call to customer service and they add extra 1GB for this month, so I have 3GB in total.
They told me that the problem has been fixed, however they've been telling me this every month, so I will need to wait until next month to see it that's fixed.

Hello @aniaad7 the - pack glitch affects quite a lot of customers. Your booster counter has jammed which is why it continues counting in to - numbers instead of giving you your next boost at 0 then resetting.
Customer service will need to access your account so they can assist further. You can contact them on 0800 079 8586 from any none EE phone.
