I activated my Sim and when I am going to try to set my Flex plan with triple data it is not in the options offered for the system. I am not going to accept 2Gb for 10£. That was not the deal I choose. I can see is a recurring problem and the people did not get the Data. So it seems a kind of scam.

@AbeZ : Did you originally get this Flex SIM with triple data? You can't just add a triple data plan to an existing Flex SIM that disdn't come with 1.

I ordered online. The letter where the SIM came have clearly defined the offer triple data. That is because I assume EE is trying to take advantage of people do not realise the offer it is not there. Moreover. When I checked in the community I realised it is a recurring issue.
