I have just set up a new sim with a Flex plan, and I was immidietely charged for two months. Is it normal? I definitely did not sent any texts to start new plan.
Also, I do not see any ability to change or cancel the plan.
It only says: You cannot purchase a new pack until your stacked pack is active.

Sounds like you have bought an active plan for this month & a stacked plan for next. What exactly does text AL to 150 report?

Then scroll down and tap the ‘Cancel Plan’ button.
