Everything pack not renewing

I just topped up my account yesterday, but my £15 Everything Pack did not renew. There is £15.98 in my account. It usually renews when I top up, Any ideas?

Welcome to the EE Community.

 

It can take up to 24 hours for your pack to renew, although it's often sooner.

 

If it doesn't automatically renew within this period, please get in touch with customer services.

I'm the same, have phoned C/S but all they said that they have some issues.

Still waiting to get renewed. 😞

What does texting AL to 150 tell you about your pack?

 

Try texting NOW to 150.

I just received a text telling me my pack has renewed. I guess I just had to wait.
