Error Claiming Boost

When  I try to claim the boost on my Mobile account, I just keep getting a

"Sorry there's been an error, try again" message.

Thanks for the quick response.

I was trying to add 500MB of data.

Just tried it again and I'm still receiving the same error message (16/02/20 10:00)

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team. You should be able to call them through the My EE app.

I gave them a call and they've applied the boost to my mobile account for me.
