I added a second mobile to an existing 'myEE' account a week or so ago. This one had recently been migrated from the Orange tarrifs by EE.
This seems to allow you to select, from a drop down, each of two account id's associated with the two separate mobiles.
The correct balance shows for both mobiles, however, when I click on usage history with the second mobile account selected, the usage history of the first mobile is shown only.
I am therefore unable to access the usage history of the second mobile. Not sure if I can add bundles to it either (yet to look closer at this).
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a fault?

Does this happen on both the app and online?
Is the number pay as you go or pay monthly?

What is the most recent usage you can see on your first line?

The only usage history displayed, even when the second mobile account is selected, is that of the first mobile. This usage is up to date, showing the last usage of that first mobile today.

Thanks, but why should I pay 25p per minute for a fault that is clearly not my cause?
I'm annoyed enough having to lose any benefits every 30 days now, having been on orange for many years.
As well as being more expensive, I cannot see my usage even though it allows me to top up (ofcourse).
I've tried using online chat to tech support team, but it does not allow me to.
Are you supposed to see both mobiles usage in the same list? The heading suggests it is only the second mobiles usage history being displayed, but clearly its only the first.

It's only a one-off 25p charge and not charges per minute.
Our tech care team will be able to look into this and see if the list will be two separate ones or just one list.

Can I check - should the tech support team number be 450 (Orange) or 150 (EE)?
I was on Orange before you migrated me, but not sure if that is now relevant when it comes to calling support for the reasons I've mentioned in this thread.
